It has received the highest level of SQF certification (SQF 2000 Level 3), which is still relatively uncommon for suppliers of fresh-cut produce and refrigerated prepared foods throughout the nation.
SQF is a globally trusted and accepted food safety and quality program, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The SQF program is administered by the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), and is designed as a food safety program but also covers product quality, a feature that is unique to a certification program of this type. Top global retailers and foodservice providers around the world support SQF-certified suppliers.
